Your order can be cancelled or changed as long as it has not already shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed if they have already been shipped. If this is the case, please follow the returns policy below. Refunds will not ordinarily be issued for non-delivery on items showing as delivered to the address provided (i.e., we are not responsible for stolen packages), but contact us if you believe you have a valid reason.
We offer a full refund on any damaged or defective products returned to us within 30 days of purchase. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning your item to our address, but please make sure you contact us before shipment so we know 100% who it's coming from. If you wish to return an item for any other reasons, the return must be coordinated with us within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be requested through email. *To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. It may take a few days for you to receive your funds, depending on your original payment method.
